Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover relistly.com, the Relistly app and the Relistly browser extension ("Relistly"). By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. You must be 18 or over and able to enter a contract.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@relistly.com if you think someone else has used it.

Relistly and the marketplaces

Relistly is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta (Facebook Marketplace), Depop, OfferUp or any other marketplace. The extension works in your own browser, in your own signed-in marketplace accounts, and posts, relists, imports or replies there only when you ask it to or turn on an automation that does.

• You are responsible for your marketplace accounts and for following each marketplace's terms and policies, including its rules on what may be sold and how often you may post.
• Marketplaces change their sites and rules without notice. A feature may stop working until we update it, and a marketplace may limit or suspend an account for its own reasons. We are not responsible for a marketplace's decisions about your account.
• Automations such as auto-relisting and AI replies are off until you turn them on, and you can turn them off at any time.

Your content

Your items, photos, descriptions and other content stay yours. You give us permission to store, copy and process them only as needed to run Relistly for you, including sending them to the marketplaces you choose. You confirm you have the right to sell what you list and to use the photos and text you upload.

AI replies and drafts

AI can write replies to buyers. It can be wrong. Messages sent from your account are your messages, so review what it writes, and turn AI replies off if you would rather send every reply yourself.

Acceptable use

Don't use Relistly to:

• list counterfeit, stolen, illegal or prohibited items, or mislead buyers;
• send spam or harass anyone;
• break the law or anyone else's rights;
• get into accounts or data that aren't yours, overload or disrupt Relistly, or copy or resell Relistly itself.

We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law says otherwise. If we change a price, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

Changes to Relistly

We improve Relistly all the time, which means adding, changing and sometimes removing features. If we stop offering Relistly altogether, we will give you notice and a way to get a copy of your data.

Ending your account

You can stop using Relistly and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hello@relistly.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Disclaimers

Relistly is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any listing will sell.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Relistly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits, or for a marketplace's actions on your account. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Using Relistly after that means you accept the new terms.
